Most areas of the forum are public and open to all Internet users. Do not post sensitive information in any forum. This includes, but is not limited to, account numbers, telephone numbers, social security numbers, etc. You should refrain from posting any material that you wouldn't want to be seen by your mother, your boss, or a burglar. If you wish to exchange private information with another member of the forum, utilize the private message, IM, or e-mail features of the site. (And keep in mind that you shouldn't send anything via e-mail that you wouldn't write on a postcard.)
